Mbali Ntuli is a South African politician who currently sits in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislative Assembly. She is DA KZN’s spokesperson for cooperative and traditional affairs (CoGTA). She is the former director of provincial entertainment campaigns in KwaZulu-Natal.

Ntuli grew up in La Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal. She went through a lot at the start of her life, lost her father at the age of 8, and survived three assassination attempts. Her father was Big Ben Ntuli, founder of the KwaZulu-Natal Taxi Association.

Ntuli attended the Wykeham Collegiate Boarding School in Pietermaritzburg. She went to the University of Rhodes, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in social science.

Mbali Ntuli’s husband is Sandile Hadebe. They have a son together. Ntuli welcomed a beautiful girl in March 2019. Her daughter’s name is Sarabi Yithi Amahlubi Hadebe. She said that the birth of her daughter was the greatest gift the universe has ever given her.”My beautiful daughter Sarabi YithiAmahlubi Hadebe. I love the adventure we have with Dad as a family. I love to know you already, so it’s nice to be waiting for you,” said Ntuli.
