How To Prepare Cabbage Fufu with these Easiest Methods

You can make Fufu cabbage with these two combinations of ingredients:

Cabbage Fufu Combination 1

  • 1 small cabbage
  • ½ up to 1 teaspoon psyllium shell

  • 1 small cabbage
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum

Instructions For Making Cabbage Fufu

  1. Peel the outer leaves of the cabbage, rinse and chop.
  2. Mix with as little water as possible and pour in a muslin bag or gauze to remove water. I threw water because it gives the cabbage fufu some bitter taste.
