Biography
Fathia Balogun was born on February 5, 1969, and hails from Ukwara, Delta State. She began her early education at Olufunmila Kindergarten, Ikeja, Lagos State, and later completed it in Maryland Primary school, Lagos State.
After receiving her first school leaving certificate, Fathia enrolled in Maryland High School in Lagos, where she completed the West African School Certificate Examination. She further got admission into Kwara State Polytechnic in Kwara State, where she obtained a diploma certificate.
Career
Fathia Balogun is not a new face in the Nollywood industry. In addition to acting, she has produced and directed several Nollywood films.
In 2015, she appeared in the movie “Awawu” with actor Muyiwa Ademola. In the film produced by Sade Olona, Balogun and Ademola played a Muslim couple’s roles alongside Shade Olona and Lateefa Adedimeji, who played their children in the movie.
