Reggie Smith was born in East St. Louis, Illinois. He grew up with his mother and grandmother – the two women he called his most significant influence in life. Admitting that growing up eating their delicious meal, and that was what grew his passion for cooking.
Before Reggie started his STL Pure Heat, he used to sell ‘Pure Wings‘ with a secret gourmet sauce in his Pure Ultra Lounge, Bar and Grill.
